Our PGA Professional has over 12 years teaching Experience and is a PGA Level III Coach & has PGA AA Status, Coach Level III.

Less is more: Having played golf for many years as an amateur and then a professional, I understand that if coaching is taken to its lowest common denominator then anybody can change the way in which they perform.

Everyone who plays the game is striving for these two elements. These are best achieved when your brain is clear of complicated swing thoughts.

The best swing thought is no swing thought

The golf swing takes around 1.5 seconds from start to finish, therefore the brain needs clear, accurate instructions to control the required muscles that perform the movements in such a short space of time. This is why the average player suffers from inconsistencies during a round of golf:
